We want to offer you properties that meet the “Decent Homes” standard, longer term tenancies where you can invest your time and energy making a comfortable home for you and your family. We also guarantee you that rents will be reviewed on an annual basis only and will only vary in accordance with the levels of Local Housing Allowance rates.

We can also offer you a repairs service that is reliable and prompt with emergency repairs being attended to within 4 hours.
